iPad Pro and iMac will be available on May 21, British retailer reveals

The global chip crisis continues to chug along, and Reports have suggested that Apple has faced considerable supply restraints due to the ongoing chip shortage. Case in stance – the new iPad Pro 11 and 12.9 and the new iMac with M1 that the company reported at last week’s spring event are going up for pre-order later than new gadgets typically do after an Apple event.

Apple hasn’t uncovered the official release date for any of these three products. Fortunately, a British retailer, John Lewis, has risen to the occasion and given us the date we’ve been anticipating.

As you can see from the screenshot above, the new iPad Pros and the new iMac with M1 will be available on May 21. That’s a Friday, and it makes sense – We’ve already seen Apple loves Friday launches. It’s very distant from the pre-order start date of April 30, yet as we said above, you can most likely reprimand the global chip deficiency for that.

Without a doubt, during Apple’s earnings briefing on Wednesday, CEO Tim Cook said that there would be supply issues influencing the iPad and Mac lines.
