You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) to use SpecMentor. To post opinions or save phones to an account, create an account with a valid email address and verify it using the link we send. One account per person.

SpecMentor offers phone specifications, comparisons, news and community opinions for general information only. We work hard on accuracy, but specifications can change or contain errors — always confirm critical details with the manufacturer or retailer before making a purchase.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

When posting opinions or interacting with others, you agree not to:

• Post content that is false, misleading, abusive, hateful or unlawful.
• Spam, advertise, or promote products or services.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your experience.
• Manipulate helpful votes, badges or rankings.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of the opinions you post. By posting, you grant SpecMentor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute and promote that content on the service. You are responsible for what you post.

The SpecMentor name, site design and original content are owned by SpecMentor or its licensors. Phone brand names, model names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners; their use on SpecMentor is for identification only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

News summaries, images and links may reference third-party sources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of external sites.

SpecMentor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpecMentor and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on information found on the service.

You can stop using SpecMentor at any time. To request account deletion, contact the team so we can verify the request. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpecMentor operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SpecMentor after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
